You have just started the process of looking for the perfect wedding venue. Most Hotel and Motels with Reception Halls have restrictions on the time available to have your Reception. When midnight rolls around you must start cleaning up your decorations because of the next Event Function starting on Sunday. The Reception room may have been used on Saturday so sometime between 4pm and your Reception you were able to decorate the hall. Rules and schedules to keep at hotels. Begin with the decorating and Groom’s Dinner on Friday. Stage the Wedding, Reception, and Dance on Saturday. Use Sunday for Brunch, Gift Opening, guests’ departure, and cleanup. Plus, rest up for Monday morning by taking an additional night’s stay at a discounted rate in the Retreat House.
