At first she started making wood custom signs and then it merged into hosting DIY classes in local restaurants where she teaches people how to make their own signs. This is a trending event in the lakes area. Fitting in nicely with weddings was a natural transition. Maren attended as a vendor at a wedding expo recently and found there is a gap in this area for brides. There aren’t any local businesses that create custom wood signs or decor for brides in this lakes area. With hopes to provide a service to couples that allows them to add personal touches to their wedding while also serving as a keepsake.
