“Brandon and Terri met through a service that is becoming quite popular in recent years: online dating. They both signed up over five years ago in hopes to find the one they have been looking for. They started to communicate and become quite interested in one another. Eventually, they went on their first date to a bowling alley. It was quite clear early on that Brandon & Terri’s search for their +1 had come to an end.


They both share a deep admiration for the outdoors as they love fishing together and staying healthy while running. They even own a cabin that they plan on living at permanently in the not so distant future. This is why Pine Peaks Event Center was a perfect fit with its up north feel. The outdoor ceremony provided a breathtaking setting that fit their personalities to the tee.


It was said that Terri loves to cook and Brandon loves to eat. Fortunately on their big day, Terri didn’t have to worry about cooking. Dinner was catered by Maucieri’s Italian Bistro and featured a delicious spinach strawberry salad with poppyseed dressing, a bread display consisting of over ten different types of bread, and two delicious entrees to fill the guests’ stomachs; chicken with white wine sauce & slow roasted beef with mushroom demi-glaze. Following tradition, Maucieri’s also cooked the guests pizzas in an authentic wood fire brick oven stove. Dessert was provided by the Bride and Groom’s mothers and grandmothers, which consisted of their favorite dessert items.

As if there wasn’t enough celebrating going on, the Bride and Groom also offered a candy bar and a Smore Bar. The smore bar offered their guests an opportunity to relax next to a fire and gaze into the stars. Of course, having a smore for a snack was good too.
